Dashboard — SEO Copilot AI Docs
Overview

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your starting point inside SEO Copilot AI. It shows your plan and usage at a glance, your recent analysis history, and a recommended workflow to help you stay focused.

Where to find it

Go to SEO Copilot AI → Dashboard in your WordPress admin sidebar. This is the default landing page when you open the plugin.

The four metric cards

At the top of the Dashboard, four cards give you a quick status check every time you open the plugin.

Plan
Free

Your current plan tier. Shows Free, Pro, Business, or Agency depending on your license.

AI usage this month
12 / 50

Operations used versus your monthly limit. Resets on the first of each month. Pro and above show Unlimited.

AI provider
Openai

Your configured provider. Shows Configured when an API key is saved, or Not configured yet if missing.

Recent analyses
8

The number of saved analyses shown in the history table below. Use it as a shortlist for follow-up work.

If AI provider shows “Not configured yet” — go to SEO Copilot AI → Settings → AI provider and save your API key. You cannot run analyses until a key is configured.

Recommended first flow

Below the metric cards, the Dashboard shows a four-step onboarding guide. This stays visible so you can always refer back to the recommended workflow, especially when starting on a new site.

1

Connect AI

Add your OpenAI or compatible API key in Settings.

2

Pick one page

Start with a page that already matters to your business.

3

Run analysis

Review the SEO and AEO suggestions side by side.

4

Apply carefully

Use the output as decision support, not blind automation.

Recent analysis history

The history table shows your eight most recent saved analyses. Each row includes the page title, content type, top issue, and scores for SEO, AEO, and E-E-A-T.

Page Type Top issue SEO AEO E-E-A-T
Best WordPress SEO Plugins 2024 Post Weak FAQ structure 74 52 61
SEO Copilot AI — Features Page Title relevance could be stronger 81 78 70
Keyword Research Tool Product Missing schema markup 38 29 33

Use the top issue column as a quick signal for which pages to re-analyze first. Click through to Analyze and select the page to run an updated review.

SEO + AEO concept card

To the left of the history table, a concept card summarizes the core idea behind the plugin — that SEO handles search visibility while AEO handles answer engine visibility, and that SEO Copilot AI works on both simultaneously. This card is informational and does not require any action.

WooCommerce sections

If you have WooCommerce installed and have run at least one product analysis, the Dashboard displays two additional sections below the main history table.

WooCommerce focus

WooCommerce

A summary of what product-specific checks are active — review signals, schema gaps, thin content detection, and short-description issues. This card appears once WooCommerce is detected on your site.

Products needing attention

WooCommerce

A shortlist of your most recently analyzed WooCommerce products showing the top issue and SEO/AEO scores for each. Use this table to decide which products to improve first. It shows up to five products and populates as you run product analyses.

No WooCommerce sections visible? These sections only appear when WooCommerce is active on your site and at least one product has been analyzed. Run an analysis on a product page to populate the products table.

What the Dashboard does not show

  • Monitoring signals (Declining, Needs review, Improving, Stable) — these live in the dedicated Monitoring page to keep the Dashboard clean
  • Full analysis details — click through to Analyze and re-select the page to view its full result
  • Bulk analysis controls — these are in the Bulk page

Common questions

The recent analysis table is empty

No analyses have been saved yet. Go to SEO Copilot AI → Analyze, select a page, enter a keyword, and run your first analysis. Results are saved automatically after a successful run.

My usage counter seems too high

Each successful analysis request counts as one operation. If you ran several test analyses or bulk runs, these are all counted. The counter resets on the first day of each calendar month.

The plan shows Free but I purchased Pro

Go to Settings → License and make sure your license key is entered and verified. Click Refresh license to force a re-check. If the plan still shows Free after verifying, contact support@nordicdatatools.com.
