Bulk Analysis
How to scan multiple pages in one session — choosing a filter mode, setting the queue size, and keeping the run stable while it processes.
Bulk analysis requires Pro, Business, or Agency. The Free plan is designed for focused single-page work. Upgrade to scan multiple pages in one workflow. The Bulk page is visible on all plans but the controls are locked on Free.
Pro, Business & AgencyWhere to find it
Go to SEO Copilot AI → Bulk in your WordPress admin sidebar. The page has two rows of filter controls and a Start bulk analysis button. After the queue starts, a live progress view replaces the form.
The three filter modes
Bulk analysis offers three ways to define which pages to include in a run. Choose the mode that fits the work you are doing.
By content type
Scans all posts, all pages, all products, or a combination. Good for a broad site-wide audit or when you want to baseline-score all content of one type.
By category or tag
Scans content within a specific WordPress category, tag, or WooCommerce product category. Good for auditing a content cluster or a product group.
By selected IDs
Scans a specific list of post IDs you enter manually. Good for re-analyzing a curated shortlist of important pages after you have already improved them.

How the queue runs
After clicking Start bulk analysis, the plugin builds a queue from your filters and begins processing items one at a time. A live progress view shows the current item, a count, and a progress bar.
Bulk progress
9 / 20Keep the Bulk page open while the queue runs. The queue is driven by the browser tab — closing or navigating away from the page will stop the run at the current item. Items already analyzed are saved regardless of whether the full queue completes.
AI operations and quota
Each item in the queue that successfully completes an AI-powered analysis uses one AI operation from your monthly quota. On Pro, Business, and Agency plans, operations are unlimited — so a bulk run of 50 items uses 50 operations at no additional cost within your plan.
If an item fails mid-queue — due to an API error, a timeout, or a page with no analyzable content — that item does not consume an operation. The queue skips it and moves on to the next item.
Best practices
- Start with a small batch of 10–20 items on your first run to understand timing and spot any configuration issues before committing to a larger queue
- Use a default keyword only if the pages in the batch share a clear common theme — otherwise leave it blank and rely on per-page keywords from previous analyses
- Use By selected IDs when you have a specific shortlist to re-audit after making improvements — it gives you the most control over which pages run
- Use By category/tag when working through a content cluster systematically — it mirrors how you would approach a topical content audit
- Do not run bulk during periods of high site traffic — each analysis makes an outbound AI API call, which adds a small amount of server load
- After the run completes, use the Monitoring page to review the updated scores and identify which pages need the most attention
What to watch out for
- Closing the tab or navigating away stops the queue — there is no background processing mode
- Setting Max items to 100 on a large site can take a long time — budget approximately 5–15 seconds per item depending on page length and model
- A default keyword applied to all items will produce less targeted recommendations for pages where the keyword does not match the page topic
- Bulk analysis does not support adding competitor URLs per item — use single-page Analyze for pages where competitor comparison is important
Common questions
The Bulk page shows a locked message even though I have a Pro license
Go to Settings → License and click Refresh license to force a re-check. If the plan still shows Free after refreshing, confirm the license key is entered correctly and contact support@nordicdatatools.com.
The queue stopped partway through
The most common cause is navigating away from or refreshing the Bulk page mid-run. The items analyzed before the stop are saved. Re-configure the queue and run again — previously analyzed items will simply have their results overwritten with a fresh analysis.
Some items in the queue show errors
Common causes: the page has no content to analyze, the AI API returned an error, or the request timed out. The queue automatically skips errored items and continues to the next one. Check the individual pages in the Analyze view to re-run them manually.
Can I add competitor URLs to a bulk run?
No. Competitor URLs are entered per analysis in the single-page Analyze view. Bulk analysis processes each item without a competitor comparison, which is one reason bulk results are typically used as a baseline or triage tool rather than as a final optimization pass.
How do I find a post’s ID to use in the Selected IDs field?
In the WordPress admin, go to Posts, Pages, or Products and hover over the post title — the URL shown at the bottom of the browser includes the post ID as post=123. You can also see IDs in the URL when you open a post for editing.
Where to go next
- Monitoring — after a bulk run, use the Monitoring page to triage which pages need the most urgent attention
- Analyze — use single-page analysis for pages where competitor comparison matters
- License & Plans — upgrade from Free to Pro to unlock bulk analysis
