What webhooks are
A webhook is an automatic HTTP request sent from SmartForm AI to another system when a lead event happens.
For example, when a hot lead is submitted, SmartForm AI can instantly send lead data to a CRM or automation platform.

Depending on your configuration, webhook payloads can include:
- Name
- Message
- Lead score
- Summary
- Source form
- Tags or status

Testing safely
