These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NordicDataTools websites, products, plugins, software, updates, subscriptions, AI-assisted features, documentation, and related services (“Services”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, subscribing to, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts, Licenses, and Access

Certain Services may require an account, license key, activation, or active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity under your account or installation.

4. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and the applicable plan, NordicDataTools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own internal business or website operations. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the Services available to third parties except where explicitly permitted.

5. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

Paid Services may be sold on a one-time or recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancelled. Prices, limits, and features may change prospectively. Taxes, duties, VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges may apply depending on your location and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Third-Party Services

Some Services may integrate with or depend on third parties, including WordPress, WooCommerce, AI providers, CRMs, payment processors, hosting companies, marketplaces, or external APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and NordicDataTools is not responsible for their availability, changes, conduct, or data practices.

7. AI-Assisted Features

Some Services may include AI-assisted outputs such as recommendations, classifications, pricing guidance, summaries, forecasts, or draft content. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your context. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before acting on them.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you may not:

• use the Services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
• bypass licensing, technical restrictions, usage limits, or plan controls;
• copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where prohibited by law;
• interfere with the security, performance, or availability of the Services; or
• use the Services to distribute spam, phishing, malware, or rights-infringing content.

9. Support and Updates

Support and updates may depend on the plan you purchased and whether your subscription or license remains active. NordicDataTools may release patches, fixes, improvements, compatibility changes, or feature changes at its discretion.

NordicDataTools retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, branding, code, documentation, design, and related intellectual property, except for content you lawfully provide.

11. Customer Content

You retain ownership of content, prompts, files, product data, and other material you submit. You grant NordicDataTools the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, and use that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services.

12. Availability and Changes

NordicDataTools may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, integrations, pricing, support scope, and product offerings. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

13. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. NordicDataTools does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, always compatible, or suitable for every environment, jurisdiction, or use case.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NordicDataTools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or third-party claims. Total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

15. Termination

NordicDataTools may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, fail to pay applicable fees, or create legal, operational, or security risk. You may stop using the Services at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise.
