Software License Agreement

The license terms that apply to your use of NordicDataTools plugins, software, updates, and related subscription access.

This Software License Agreement governs your use of software, plugins, updates, and related materials made available by NordicDataTools.

1. License Grant

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with this Agreement, NordicDataTools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for your own internal business or personal use within the purchased plan and scope.

2. Scope

Your license may be limited by number of sites, domains, activations, subscription period, plan tier, support entitlement, or documented use cases. Ownership of the software is not transferred to you.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, lease, distribute, share license keys outside permitted scope, remove proprietary notices, or circumvent technical protections. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Open Source Components

The software may include or interact with open-source components governed by their own licenses. Those licenses continue to apply to the relevant components.

5. Updates and Maintenance

During an active license or subscription term, you may receive updates, bug fixes, compatibility changes, and security improvements. We do not guarantee that all future versions will preserve every feature or remain compatible with every third-party environment.

6. Support

Support, if included, is governed by our Support Policy and applicable plan terms. Support does not include unlimited custom development, legal advice, compliance certification, or guaranteed compatibility with all third-party products.

7. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the software and related intellectual property remain with NordicDataTools and its licensors.

8. External Dependencies

Some features may depend on third-party APIs, AI providers, hosting environments, payment providers, or marketplaces. NordicDataTools is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, service discontinuations, rate limits, or policy changes imposed by third parties.

9. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination, you must stop using software no longer lawfully licensed and comply with any deactivation or deletion obligations that apply.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Liability remains limited as described in our Terms of Service.
