Refund Policy

Refund terms for digital software products, plugin licenses, subscriptions, updates, and related services provided by NordicDataTools.

Last updated: 20260327

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for software products, plugin licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and related digital services sold by NordicDataTools.

1. General Principle

Because our products are digital downloads, licenses, activations, updates, and subscription-based services, refunds are limited and subject to this Policy and any mandatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

2. Initial Purchases

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, refund requests for an initial purchase may be considered if submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the request is made in good faith and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through support.

3. Situations Usually Not Eligible

To the maximum extent permitted by law, refunds are generally not available for renewals, unsupported environments, third-party conflicts, change of mind after meaningful use, unmet business expectations, failure to cancel before renewal, or issues caused by external services outside our reasonable control.

4. Subscription Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed unless required by law, charged in error, or otherwise required under applicable local rules. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.

5. Abuse, Fraud, and Chargebacks

We reserve the right to deny refunds where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, piracy, repeated bad-faith refund requests, or chargeback misuse. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of licenses and access.

6. Effect of Refund

If a refund is granted, we may deactivate or terminate the related license, support entitlement, update access, download access, subscription, or related services.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under consumer protection law in your country, state, or region.

8. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@nordicdatatools.com and include your order number, purchase email, product name, reason for request, and any relevant technical details.
