Anti-spam configuration

Protect your forms and your AI usage from bots, junk submissions, and unnecessary costs.

Why spam matters

Spam does not just fill your lead list with junk. It can also waste AI operations, distort reporting, and trigger irrelevant reply emails.

Good anti-spam protection improves both quality and cost control.

Use one or more of the following protections in your form setup:

  • reCAPTCHA
  • Honeypot fields
  • Rate limiting
  • Email validation
  • Blocked word or domain rules

Reduce AI waste

Where possible, run anti-spam validation before SmartForm AI processes the submission. This prevents junk leads from consuming AI calls.
