AI Notice

How AI-assisted features should be understood, what their limitations are, and why all outputs must be reviewed by a human.

Last updated: 2026-03-27

Some NordicDataTools products include AI-assisted functionality. This notice explains how those features should be interpreted and used.

1. Nature of AI Outputs

AI-assisted features may generate suggestions, summaries, classifications, scores, forecasts, product comparisons, pricing guidance, draft replies, content recommendations, or remediation ideas. These outputs are machine-generated and may reflect statistical patterns rather than verified truth.

2. Limitations

AI outputs may be wrong, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, contextually inappropriate, or biased. The same input may produce different outputs over time or under different system conditions.

3. Human Review Required

You must review and validate AI outputs before using them for publishing, customer communications, pricing, marketing, accessibility work, legal compliance, or business strategy.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

AI-assisted outputs do not guarantee accuracy, legality, sales, profitability, compliance, accessibility conformance, ranking, demand, conversion rates, or commercial success.

5. Input Responsibility

Do not submit personal data, confidential material, or regulated information to AI features unless you are authorized to do so and have assessed whether such data may lawfully be processed by the selected provider or workflow.
