NordicDataTools aims to support accessible digital practices. However, any accessibility-related features, checks, prompts, suggestions, scores, reports, or remediation ideas provided through our Services are informational tools only.
1. No Certification or Guarantee
Use of our products does not by itself make a website, store, document, PDF, workflow, or service compliant with WCAG, the European Accessibility Act, ADA, EN 301 549, Section 508, or any other law, standard, directive, or framework.
2. Accessibility Depends on Implementation
Actual accessibility depends on site design, theme and code quality, content structure, forms, media alternatives, keyboard behavior, contrast, language, downloadable files, third-party plugins, and ongoing maintenance.
3. Human Testing Required
Automated checks and AI-assisted suggestions should be supplemented by manual review, assistive technology testing, user testing, and qualified professional assessment where appropriate.
4. Local Law
Accessibility obligations vary by jurisdiction, sector, customer type, and service model. You are responsible for determining your own legal obligations and whether additional measures are required.
