You may use NordicDataTools Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rights, and contractual duties.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services to:

• violate law, regulation, court order, sanctions, or third-party rights;
• process unlawfully obtained personal data or confidential information;
• generate or distribute malware, phishing material, spam, or abusive content;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or deceive others;
• bypass licensing, authentication, access controls, or technical restrictions;
• interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Services; or
• misrepresent AI-generated content where disclosure is legally required.

2. Sensitive and Regulated Uses

Unless explicitly supported and lawfully configured, you must not rely on the Services as the sole basis for legal, tax, medical, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other regulated or high-risk decisions.

3. Security and Testing

You may not probe, overload, scrape, test, or monitor our systems in an unauthorized or disruptive way.

4. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the content, data, prompts, files, and records you submit through the Services may lawfully be used for that purpose.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, rights, business operations, or legal compliance.
