Before you begin
SmartForm AI works on top of supported WordPress form plugins. Make sure your forms are already functioning normally before adding AI scoring, replies, and automations.
Step-by-step setup
1. Upload and install the plugin
Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then upload the SmartForm AI zip file.
2. Activate SmartForm AI
Click Activate and verify that a SmartForm AI menu appears in the WordPress admin sidebar.
3. Confirm form compatibility
Make sure the form plugin you use is active and the form itself already works before adding AI processing.
4. Review AI settings
Enter your API settings if needed and configure your first AI profile.
5. Test with one submission
Submit one real or sample form entry and verify scoring, reply generation, and downstream actions.
